Need Help with Mold Cake?

Mold Cake uses Sign in with Apple and Google for quick and secure authentication. Simply tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" on the login screen and follow the prompts. No password needed!

Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account you originally signed up with. If you're still having trouble, try restarting the app or contact us at [email protected].

Display names are permanent and cannot be changed once set. This ensures consistency across reviews and helps build trust in the community. Choose wisely!

To delete your account, go to Profile > Delete Account button. This will permanently remove all your data, reviews, and saved cheeses.

Navigate to any cheese detail page and tap the "Add Review" button. You can rate the cheese (1-5 stars), add notes, and optionally upload photos.

We accept JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC images up to 10MB. For best results, use landscape (horizontal) photos of your cheese.

Make sure your photo is under 10MB and that you haven't exceeded the 20 uploads per hour limit. If you're still having issues, try restarting the app.

Photo uploads require authentication. Make sure you're logged in with your Apple or Google account. Also, check that you've granted the app permission to access your photo library.

Tap the heart icon on any cheese card or detail page. You can view all your saved cheeses in your Profile under "Saved Cheeses".

Use the search bar at the top of the Home screen. You can search by cheese name, type, milk type, or country.

Toggle between views using the icons in the top right. Gallery view shows larger photos, while List view is more compact and displays more cheeses at once.

You can submit a cheese request! Look for the "Request a Cheese" card in the cheese listings, or tap it to fill out the request form. We'll review submissions and add popular requests to the database.

We review cheese requests regularly and prioritize popular submissions. There's no guaranteed timeline, but we aim to add high-quality requests within 2-4 weeks.

Navigate to the Events page to browse upcoming cheese tastings, classes, and festivals. You can filter by upcoming/past events.

Check out the Stores page to discover specialty cheese shops and vendors with their locations and contact information.

Try these steps:
1. Force quit the app and restart it
2. Check for app updates in the App Store
3. Restart your iPhone or iPad
4. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with details about when the crash occurs

This is usually a network issue. Make sure you have a stable internet connection (WiFi or cellular data). If you're on cellular, check that you haven't disabled data for Mold Cake in Settings.

Refresh the page to fetch the latest data from the server. Your changes should appear immediately.
